The content of our webpages have been created with care and integrity. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and timeliness of the contents. As service providers, we are liable for our own content of this website according to Sec. 7, paragraph 1 German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to Sec. 8 to 10 German Telemedia Act (TMG), service providers are not obligated to permanently monitor submitted or stored information or to search for evidences that indicate illegal activities. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general laws do remain unaffected by this. Liability regarding this matter, however, is possible only from the point of time we gain knowledge of a specific breach of law. After a breach of law is brought to our notice to us we will immediately remove such content.
