My journey

I consciously discovered this question ‘who am I’ at a point in my life where I had successfully completed studies; had several good work opportunities; a large circle of friends; owned my own house – yet ultimately I felt afraid, not happy and very unsure about what I was supposed to be doing in life. I remember sitting on a rock and deciding that my first step was to find ‘me’.

Little did I know that this would begin a journey that would lead me around the world literally and metaphorically!

This journey has led me to work with, and alongside, several respected teachers, living in different countries and having varied experiences.

All of which has supported me to realise my covered up hurts, my behaviour patterns, my limiting beliefs, my fears – and – more importantly, to uncover my strengths, passions, aliveness and the ability to integrate the understandings to live my life.

Now I experience myself with an easy feeling inside, laughter and gratefulness frequent companions and a sense of unlimited possibility of what else can unfold in my life – alongside an inclusion of feelings of vulnerability that arise from my human experience .

As a side effect of my personal self-discovery I realised that I could share my insights and experiences with other people interested in finding ‘who they really are’. I have come to understand that we all can truly ‘see’ more.

Because of some experiences in my teenage years I chose to explore the topic ‘psychic & intuition’ with various teachers both spiritual, main stream, plus indigenous elders to understand the phenomena – and now I share simple truths and exercises for others to practice expanding into more of their own natural birthright.

These skills are mediated by my business and science background, allowing me to bridge the worlds of the ancient and the modern. Meditation and self-inquiry have been powerful tools on my own path and I share my experiences and understandings in residential retreats and classes and one-one counselling (since 1995).

In the recent years

In recent years I have expanded my own exploration involving intuition development with social responsibility – what can I / we contribute to my / our world community.
